July 30, 2009 - Our client was traveling on Highway 98, a couple of blocks from the turn lane for Sacred Heart Hospital (Destin). She was in the left lane and began to slow down because the traffic ahead had stopped when her vehicle was hit from behind. The driver of a 1994 Toyota was traveling at a high rate of speed when he struck and pushed our client's 2007 Toyota into the other lane. Client now suffering low back pain and neck pain, as well.

March 26, 2010 - Client was a passenger in a 1994 Chevrolet pick-up that was being driven by a friend. While traveling on US 331, the driver of the Chevy pick-up failed to stop for a 1999 Dodge van that was stopped at a traffic light on US 331 South. Client was severely injured in the accident and was taken to Okaloosa Medical Center and later transferred to Sacred Heart Hospital.

April 26, 2010 - Client was driving his 2003 Ford Expedition on Mayflower Road and was stopped behind a Nissan that was turning left when he was rear-ended by a Chevrolet Suburban. The force of the collision propelled his Expedition into the Nissan. As a result, our client is being treated for back pain and numbness.

July 24, 2010 - Our client was traveling west on Interstate 10 in a red Chevrolet Cobalt near DeFuniak Springs. Ahead of our client's vehicle, a black 2007 Ford decided to stop suddenly and the two vehicles collided. The Ford was cited for careless driving. Our client was taken North Okaloosa Medical Center.

October 1, 2010 - While riding a motorized power chair supplied by a large superstore in DeFuniak Springs, our client was struck by an SUV that was backing out of a parking space. The SUV left the scene but was located by the local police. Client was transported to Healthmark Regional via ambulance.
