Jim Harbert provides litigation support and investigations for Kerrigan Estess Rankin McLeod & Thompson. Jim has an A. S. degree in Law Enforcement from Pensacola Junior College (1972), a B. S. in Public Safety from the University of West Florida (1974) and a M. S. degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Troy State University (1978).
Jim has worked part time and full time as a litigation consultant and investigator for Kerrigan Estess Rankin McLeod & Thompson since 1978. He also worked as the Assistant Director of Public Safety at Pensacola Junior College, as an officer in the Pensacola Police Department and as a Security Policeman in the United States Air Force. In addition, Jim taught college level criminal justice courses for 5 years for Columbia Southern University and has published many articles, taught and attended many seminars and written or co-written three books on the subject of investigations.
