July 15, 2008 - Our client was driving a black Mazda traveling east over the Tillie Miller Bridge on Highway 98 in Carrabelle when a semi-truck (without a trailer) veered into the Mazda's lane and hit the vehicle head on. Our client had to be extricated from the vehicle and was taken by ambulance to Weems Hospital. February 5, 2009 at 9:55 AM - Our clients were eastbound on US 98 in a construction zone. A construction worker had flagged them to stop -- which they did. Behind them the driver of a 1979 Ford motor home (RV) failed to stop and collided with the rear of our client's 2005 Hyundai. Both clients were transported via ambulance to Weems Memorial Hospital with neck, shoulder and back injuries. |
