We are involved in railroad train vs. car/pedestrian accident cases. We need your help in identifying dangerous crossings where visibility is inadequate to see approaching trains. Railroads enjoy extensive immunity from responsibility for accidents involving their trains and crossings. The community however, can mobilize and force railroads to adequately maintain their right-of-ways. In addition, where railroads refuse to upgrade the crossing warning devices, counties and cities can post additional warning signs to help avoid tragic accidents and resulting death. If you know of a dangerous intersection, notify us and we will photograph it and notify the appropriate authorities. In addition, we will post a dangerous intersection map to warn others.
