April 25, 2007 around 10:00 AM - Driving a 2002 Freightliner, our client was traveling north on Transmitter Road in Springfield. The driver of a 2002 Chevrolet failed to yield the right-of-way and turned into the side of our client's vehicle. Client suffered a back injury as a result of the collision. August 11, 2008 at approximately 8:30 PM - Our client was walking west on CR 273 (South Blvd. West) near Alvin Street in Chipley when she was struck by a pick-up truck.
