August 28, 2009 around 7:20 AM - Client was traveling east on SR 20 when a 2006 Toyota traveling west stopped to make a left turn into a private drive. A 2006 Chevrolet commercial semi with trailer traveling behind the Toyota failed to stop and rear-ended the Toyota. The impact caused the Toyota to cross lanes into the path of our client's vehicle, striking our client's vehicle in the front. Client was rushed to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital via ambulance.
March 5, 2010 around 5:20 PM - Our client was the restrained passenger of a 1995 GMC truck that was traveling northbound on North Main Street, Blountstown, FL and was waiting to turn left into a parking lot when another driver failed to stop in time and rear ended the vehicle our client was in. Client now suffers from neck and back pain, as well as, severe headaches. |
