PROBLEM: The top of the web-page is not visible or just shows a small "x" (like this:  no pic x )

SOLUTION: Try reloading or refreshing the web-page.

If this makes no difference, move your cursor over the "x" and right-click your mouse.  Then select "Download Picture" or "Download Image" or "Show Image" in the drop-down window.

If this still doesn't work, you will need to update your Adobe® Flash Player to the latest version.  Click on this link and follow the download instructions.  Keeping your Adobe®Flash Player updated will correct most animation or multi-media viewing problems.

PROBLEM: The Kerrigan TV Spot will not play.

SOLUTION: Related to the problem above -- click on this link and make sure your Adobe® Flash Player is up to date.  Also, make sure you have an up-to-date version of your browser.

PROBLEM: Cannot download or view "PDF" files.

SOLUTION: "PDF" stands for "Portable Document Format" and commonly refers to Adobe's PDF format that requires Adobe® Reader to view.  If you do not have the current version of Adobe® Reader, you can download it at this link.

PROBLEM: Links open slowly or not at all.

SOLUTION: Only one click is required to open any of the links on kerrigan.com.  Depending on your internet connection speed, your computer's hardware & software and the size of the link being opened, opening speeds may vary.  The best solution is to click and wait a moment.  Good links should open in less than 5 seconds.  If you find that a link will not open, report it to the Webmaster here.

We strive to make sure that all links are up to date and working.  If you find otherwise, please let us know.

PROBLEM: When opened, images or maps are too small to look at or read.

SOLUTION: If the image or map can be made larger, you will see this symbol magnify_pic
instead of your cursor arrow.  Click once on the image and it will become larger.  Occassionally, you may need to move the cursor arrow off of the image or map, then back on to see the  symbol.
